This is a quote from Pastor Bill Johnson regarding those who criticize the revival and Todd Bentley:

It is foolish to judge another mans experience by your own lack of experience. To critique a meal you've not eaten is another activity of the religious spirit. Todd is a personal friend, and more importantly a friend of God. He has an unusual passion for God, and gives Him first place in everything. God trusts him, and has entrusted him with this extraordinary move. God has heard the cries of the church in America for revival - He's now seeing how bad we want it by putting it in a package that is different than we're accustomed to. He's found someone who is not embarrassed to talk about the unusual experiences that God gives. God will not contradict the Scriptures, but He will gladly contradict my understanding of Scripture.

Revival Critics - Neither Bob Jones nor Todd Bentley would get information about you and then repeat it. If they had dirt on you, they would never use a public forum to criticize you. Be careful, because "reaping and sowing" are still in effect. You will eat from the seeds you have planted. Pray you don't get famous, because then it will be a BIG meal.

Fire in Lakeland FL!

What is happening in Lakeland FL is NORMAL CHRISTIAN LIVING..... those who do not understand it will reject it, and those who are afraid of the supernatural will criticize it. God loves them anyways. I personally was healed 4 years ago of several life threatening diseases and I was IN a church that didn't believe in modern day miracles. I am SO GLAD ( and so are my children!) that God did not stay in the box we had Him in.... He is real, He is alive and He is cool, too! Just like Todd Bentley!!!

Why would you settle for a dead God and religion?

I don't understand why people reject signs and wonders, why they seek for a life in Christ without power. Kind of reminds me of a car with no gas, or a truck with no wheels. Can't get you anywhere. The reason I love God so much is that He is not like me. There is no fickleness in Him. There is no change in Him that would make me insecure. He is the same. Yesterday. The way He moved yesterday is the way He'll move today. He didn't send me the memo that He changed His ways.

I got healed of several horrific illnesses in a church that prayed for healing but settled on accepting illness. We prayed for grace and the spiritual complacencies of 'whatever you will.' And they forgot about IF YOU PRAY, BELIEVE! When I got to the point that I BELIEVED God.... He healed me, gave me a new life and invaded my life with heaven!!!

George Mueller used to tell people to not pray with him if they didn't believe. He fed orphans with supernatural provision. I guess he didn't get the memo either.

Preachers of old who were drying out would go into the woods and pray for fire. Now we pray to survive until the rapture.

THIS is the normal Christian life..... fire, fun and knowing Him more intimately than any other!
